STATEMENT

On behalf of the DOCMAN Project Management Team, it is with great regret that we announce that the Advancing Practice for Health and Social Care Management Across Europe conference, originally scheduled for May 19 – 20, 2020 in Prague, Czech Republic has to be cancelled.

This decision was taken after close monitoring of the rising global risk assessment by the World Health Organization of the COVID19 outbreak. On the basis of the measures gradually adopted by the European governments, it is currently impossible to hold any international meeting and the further development of the situation cannot be predicted.

We apologize to all already registered participants. All fees paid by them will soon be transferred back to their bank accounts. We regret that we will not be able to present the outputs that we have achieved during the implementation of the project in person. However educational materials created for each module are already available for download on the project website. We also hope to be adding videos of many of the talks planned for the event and will also add these in the next month.

We are sure that you will understand the reasons for our decision.
